Returns

14-day open purchase. You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your product.

Important conditions – please read carefully:

• Original packaging required: Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging.
• Once the packaging is opened, the product cannot be returned. This means if you break the seal or open the box, we cannot accept the return.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• The original shipping cost (89 SEK) is non-refundable.

How to start a return:
Email us at hej@rosenvard.se with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (unopened, original packaging), we will process your refund. The refund will exclude the original shipping cost (89 SEK).
